The core efficiency of our system lies in its dual-stage purification process. As plastic pellets are evenly fed via a vibrating feeder onto the conveyor belt and enter the separation zone, they first pass under a high-intensity overhead magnetic plate.
This plate generates a concentrated magnetic field that polarizes both free iron and embedded iron impurities. This polarization causes them to “vibrate” within the polymer matrix, providing enough magnetic lift that a significant portion of pure iron contaminants and plastic pellets containing hidden iron are instantly captured and sucked onto the magnetic plate surface.
For the remaining impurities and encapsulated particles that were not lifted, their internal ferrous elements remain highly magnetized. These particles then encounter a Deep Penetration Flux Field generated by the magnetic drum. The interaction between this powerful external field and the magnetized iron creates a massive “tugging” force. This force effectively attracts and holds both pure iron contaminants and plastic pellets containing hidden iron against the belt surface on the magnetic drum.
At the discharge point, the purified, iron-free plastic pellets fall via gravity into the clean material stream. Meanwhile, the captured iron impurities and iron-bearing plastic granules are carried further by the moving belt until they exit the magnetic field zone, where they are automatically released into a dedicated collection bin. This continuous, multi-stage process ensures a 98% – 99.2% iron removal efficiency without any interruption to your production flow.
