When modified magnetic seeds (magnetic powder) and flocculants are added to wastewater, pollutants form magnetic flocs with the magnetic seeds as the core. These flocs, along with the wastewater, enter a magnetic circulation system for solid-liquid separation. The magnetic seeds are efficiently recovered and recycled, while the treated effluent meets purification standards for discharge.
The coagulation-magnetic separation magnetic drum is installed above the PAC mixing tank, magnetic seed mixing tank, or PAM flocculation tank in the magnetic coagulation process, enabling high-efficiency separation and recovery of magnetic seeds from sludge.
