This high-intensity magnetic separator (15000 Gs) uses premium NdFeB rare-earth magnets to generate a strong magnetic flux density for deep magnetic penetration, effectively attracting even tiny ferromagnetic particles.
The integrated self-cleaning magnetic belt automatically removes trapped iron contaminants, allowing the separator to operate continuously without downtime — perfect for large-scale production lines.
Using advanced simulation technology, Mag Spring optimizes the magnetic circuit to reach the most ideal magnetic field distribution, maximizing separation efficiency while maintaining energy balance.
Made of 316L stainless steel, this permanent magnetic separator features a durable and corrosion-resistant structure that ensures longevity and low maintenance.
Users consistently experience positive improvements in purity levels, reduced machine wear, and improved safety through long-term, stable operation.
As bulk material travels under the Suspended Magnetic Plate, larger ferrous objects are attracted to the surface. Simultaneously, this primary magnetic field helps to align and pre-magnetize fine ferrous particles within the material layer. The suspended plate not only extracts large metals but also conditions the material flow. This phase relies on the principles of magnetic separation physics, ensuring that even fine particles respond to the high-gradient field of the head roller.
The material then moves to the discharge end, passing through the High-Intensity Magnetic Head Roller (15,000 Gs). Due to the high magnetic gradient, even fine or weak-magnetic impurities that were pre-conditioned in Stage 1 are effectively diverted from the clean product stream.
To achieve maximum purification, this system utilizes a two-step process. The following technical specifications outline how the magnetic field is distributed across the different components of the belt-type separator:
| Component | Magnetic Intensity (Gauss) | Function | Material Target |
| Suspended Magnetic Plate | 3000 – 6000 Gs | Pre-separation & Magnetization | Large ferrous parts, bolts, nails |
| Magnetic Head Roller | Up to 15000 Gs | Deep Purification | Fine iron dust, weak-magnetic impurities |
| Conveyor Belt | Anti-static / Wear-resistant | Continuous Transport | Bulk materials (Granules, Ores) |
The core of our dual-stage system utilizes high-grade NdFeB (Neodymium-Iron-Boron) permanent magnets. These rare-earth materials are globally recognized for their exceptional energy product and magnetic stability, as detailed in the technical standards of the International Magnetics Association (IMA).
A1: It provides a high-intensity magnetic field from 9000 Gs up to 15000 Gs, achieving the ideal magnetic flux density for continuous ferrous separation.
A2: Yes. The automatic self-cleaning belt continuously removes separated iron, allowing non-stop operation without manual cleaning.
A3: It’s widely used in plastics recycling, cement plants, mining, coal handling, and chemical production, as well as other bulk material applications.
A4: The Mag Spring conveyor belt magnetic separator combines a high-intensity NdFeB magnet with a durable belt-type cleaning design, offering deeper magnetic penetration and longer service life than traditional plate or drum separators.
A5: Absolutely. We can tailor belt width, magnetic field strength, and installation layout (over-belt or cross-belt) to match your production line requirements.
A6: The 15,000 Gauss rating at the head roller provides the necessary magnetic force to attract fine particles and certain work-hardened stainless steel fragments that standard magnets might miss.
A6: As a permanent magnetic system, it does not require an external power source for the magnetic field. Maintenance is primarily focused on the conveyor belt tension and the mechanical drive components.
