The Mag Spring® Automatic Magnetic Liquid Trap is an advanced ferrous contamination removal system developed for liquids, semi-liquids and viscous materials such as syrup, paint, and chocolate.
Using high-intensity rare-earth magnetic bars rated up to 14000 Gauss, work intensity up to 11000Gs ,the system continuously captures and removes fine iron particles. Equipped with a Siemens PLC-based automatic cleaning mechanism, it ensures non-stop operation, eliminating the need for manual maintenance.
This innovative design provides exceptional separation performance, long service life, and a hygienic stainless-steel construction ideal for food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries
1. Battery & Tech: NCM/LFP slurries, Li-salts, CNT dispersions, and specialty chemicals.
2. Life & Industry: Food/Beverage (syrups, dairy), Pharma (gels), and general Resins/Glues.

During operation, liquid passes through a chamber containing high-intensity magnetic bars. Ferrous particles are instantly attracted and held to the bar surfaces. When the cleaning cycle activates, pneumatic control separates the bars from the contaminants, and the trapped iron is automatically discharged into a waste outlet — all without stopping production. Traditional magnetic filters require frequent shutdowns and manual cleaning, which cause product loss and contamination risk.
Mag Spring®’s automatic system eliminates these issues:
This makes it an ideal choice for manufacturers seeking reliable, high-efficiency magnetic filtration in demanding liquid environments.
Q1: What magnetic strength does the Mag Spring® Liquid Trap offer?
Up to 14000 Gauss, suitable for capturing fine iron particles from dense liquids like syrup or chocolate.
Q2: Is the system customizable?
Yes. We can tailor magnetic strength, flow rate, and dimensions to match your line requirements.
Q3: How does the automatic cleaning work?
When the system detects buildup, the Siemens PLC triggers pneumatic cleaning. Ferrous particles are flushed into a waste collector — production continues uninterrupted.
Q4: Is it food-grade compliant?
Yes. The 316L stainless steel construction and sanitary design meet FDA and EU food safety standards.
Q5: What’s the service life of the magnetic bars?
Typically over 10 years under normal use, thanks to corrosion-resistant coatings and high-grade neodymium magnets.
| Industry | Typical Fluids / Media | Recommended Model |
